  • Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

4. Response Timeline & Action

We strive to review and respond to all valid DMCA notices within 24 to 72 hours. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing the infringing material or disabling access to it. We will also make a good-faith effort to contact the user who posted the content so they may file a counter-notification.

5. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed and its location prior to removal.
  • A statement complying with perjury laws that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district where our service provider is located if you are outside the US).

6. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, PokéPath TD enforces a strict policy regarding repeat infringers. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are repeatedly found to be infringing copyrights.
